Underwire Bra

Trendy sexy: Eberjey Bow Wow Bra

October 8, 2006 by Mandolina

Eberjey Bow Wow Underwire Bra w/ laceWhat an amazing bra, this Eberjey Bow Wow underwire bra with lace. I found it at the Eberjey online shop for $53 and I’m sold. This laced underwire bra looks so super-sexy that it’s an absolute must-have for people who love tailored lingerie, the biggest trend this fall in lingerie according to figleaves:

Bow Wow Underwire Bra w/ lace front“Menswear influences – pinstripes and tailoring were all over the catwalks for autumn (think MaxMara, Ralph Lauren and John Galliano) and a lot of our brands have picked up on this. Eberjey, Passionata, Triumph and newcomer Lisi Valle have all gone for pinstripes this season. while Simone Perele’s Paris range (coming soon) features Prince of Wales checks. […] This is quite a masculine trend, so the lingerie brands have made it more feminine with lace and embroidery – the Passionata Nolita range does that well, with its floral print and dot mesh.”

Bow Wow French Brief EberjeyNow seriously, I wouldn’t call this stunning Eberjey Bow Wow underwire bra with lace masculine, but the boy-like look can surely be identified. The bra looks great when combined with the Bow Wow French Brief, also available at the Eberjey shop for $32.

Roberto Cavalli Lingerie: Second Skin

October 6, 2006 by Mandolina

Roberto Cavalli Second Skin Underwire Bra FrontRoberto Cavalli is a gigantic brand when if we take a look at the variety of products they offer. Their founder, Roberto Cavalli (how surprising), is one of the most famous names in fashion. That’s what the brand is most known for too: their extravagant collections, with loads of animal prints and sexy looks.

The Roberto Cavalli brand also has a lingerie line, and they’re known for their quality fabrics and (and this is actually quite the surprise after what we’ve just mentioned) sober designs. Their focus on quality has however given them quite a few loyal customers who value the basic yet feminine looks RC has put into their lingerie. The Second Skin collection is no different, and combines the sober look with extremely soft fabric (Do they really feel like a second skin? I wouldn’t believe all the marketing talk ;-)). Roberto Cavalli Second Skin Underwire Bra BackThe little diamond-detail in the center between the cups is a true eye catcher.

We’d like to suggest the Roberto Cavalli Second Skin Underwire Bra in combination with the Second Skin high brief and were very excited about the looks and feels. The push-up bra looks great too, but we haven’t had the chance of testing that out yet. Prices start at about $60 for the Underwire bra, which isn’t too expensive. The triangle version can be found for $45.99, and the cheapest I’ve found for the Push-up bra was $84.

Empreinte Lingerie: Thalia Underwired Balcony Bra

October 3, 2006 by Mandolina

Empreinte Thalia Underwired Balcony BraEmpreinte Lingerie is one of the most sexy lingerie brands for the girls out there with a fuller bust. Their sizes start at 85C (up to 115F), and they always seem to come up with amazing lingerie. Bigger breast sizes mean more need for support and more stress on the fabric, and they know that at Empreinte. Bigger cup sizes need special care, and the Empreinte lingerie combines that care with great looks. The bra I’d like to talk about today, the Thalia Underwired Balcony Bra, is no exception.

Rigbyandpeller.com advertises this balcony bra as follows:

“The femininely desirable Thalia balcony bra is gentle and extremely light in appearance. Crafted from a selection of quality lace and embroidered tulle, this bra is supportive and immensely comfortable. Ideal for the fuller bust, the Thalia balcony sits straight across the chest, creating a desired shape.”

Sounds good, no? Well, I can tell you they’re not lying. The bra is very comfortable, and doesn’t feel like it’s putting tension on anything, while still giving great support…

Now, why pay $130 for a bra when there are much cheaper alternatives? Easy: Empreinte has so much experience with larger busts that you’ll feel the difference! The support is excellent, and because of their A-brand quality you’ll be able to wear it for quite a long time… Any big-busted girl should have at least one of these in her drawer!
