I just got word about the new Leigh Bantivoglio collection that just made it onto the Nancy Meyer website. I’ll keep it short and will just post some quick photo’s of the most exciting newcomers. For some reason it’s not possible to browse just the Leigh Bantivoglio pieces on the NM website, so you’ll have to use their search system.

Why I love White Orchid
White Orchid is not one of those enormous retailers that try to either blow you away with their enormous stock or with their extremely low prices. No, White Orchid knows that they have to focus on their niche audience AND stocklist — and with the newest additions to their shop they’ve shown their strength again: picking the right luxury latin pieces to tickle the fancy of the growing crowd looking for these — while keeping the prices competitive.
There is a little downside though, but I’m sure they’ll fix this soon: on some pieces page it’s really hard to find the brand name. That’s a pity seeing as all these brands are quality stuff, not sweatshop chinese import…
Anyway, I feel like forgiving them when I see such new beauties added to there store like this superb satin triangle bra that couldn’t look more southern. The sober design might make it look simple but I’m sure the contrast of the soft satin and the sexy red (and tanga bottom) will work in the bedroom. 😀 Price tag is under £40.
They’ve also got a summer sale going on, so make sure to check the rest of the White Orchid website out too!
Bodas Swimwear for 2007
I feel kind of guilty about finding these amazing swimwear/beachwear collections at the end of June even though they’ve been around for a few months, but nevertheless I’m going to share them with you, seeing as they’re really worth checking out — and hey, some people have been able to hold out until now when it comes to buying their bikini, I suppose! 😉
First up this sober bandeau bikini top. I like my bikinis sober — and this is an absolute beauty when it comes to minimalistic sexy. It’s also functional, the Bodas website says: “Another tip for this bandeau top is if you like swimming topless but don’t like emerging topless onto the beach you can to pull it down and wear it around your hips when you are swimming – it is really easy to pull back up”. I’m not such a fan of topless swimming (I prefer topless tanning), but I can see this being a fun little extra. It’s not cheap though, £45 just for the bottom.
This sexy triangle is great too — the tie-side string bikini bottom you can pair it up with is revealing, but I love the design. Again, sober, but pretty.
They’ve also got a sale going on the Bodas website — lingerie and sleepwear up to 50% off. Make sure to check it out!
Three Polka Dot Bikinis
Straight from Daphne @ Blog-Tique, but seeing as I loved her selection of Polka Dot Bikini’s, I thought I’d pimp their post a little! 😉 She’s looking for a polka dot bikini for herself, so if you’ve got a suggestion — let her know!
1. Roxy “Let’s Polka†triangle bikini and tie-side bottom (are these thongs? I’m not sure…) — $74
2. Princesse Tam-Tam Suzette dots Bikini and tie-side bottom — $107 USA // £57 NON-USA
3. Victoria’s Secret Beach Sexy Polka Dot Bikini & Bottom — $39 (on sale!!!!!)
All very sexy if you ask me, but I’d go for the VS one, seeing as it’s not only super-cheap but also super-sexy. Have fun at the beach, Daphne!
Apsara Designs – Spring/Summer 2007
High-end brand Apsara is another new one on The Lingerie Post. The French label led by Samantha Graham-Bell is rising quickly (and is stocked at online retail giant Net-A-Porter for example!) and their Spring/Summer 2007 collection is absolutely beautiful. Here are some relatively small photo’s (sorry about that) straight from the Apsara website:
Price tags for their pieces at Net-A-Porter are at the higher end of the spectrum (about $300 a set). I like this La Babette triangle, this stunning La Bardot halter and this La Sirene halter too. Very pretty, not very cheap! 😉
