Style Graduate just started a new series with weekly health tips. To make sure you girls get to see all of them, I though I’d post the link to their first one for all of you to see. Their first health tip is about putting some variety in your workout routines. Not only do I think that’s a useful thing training-wise, it also keeps your workout interesting and fresh, so you don’t get bored every two weeks… And hey, if you want to keep looking great in your sexy lingerie, you’ll need to get some activity in your schedule, right?
