October 21, 2006 by Mandolina

Just a short post tonight to share the translation of the Lessons of Seduction by Aubade. Aubade India has these lovely advertising panels translated to English, and they are great! If you speak french, the originals are here, if you don’t: enjoy the English versions here.

Some of our favorites in the Aubade Lessons Of Seduction series are:

Aubade Lessons Of Seduction 25 (PLay Hide and Seek)Aubade Lessons Of Seduction 31 (Unveil your secret)Aubade Lessons Of Seduction 33 (Provoke Him)Aubade Lessons Of Seduction 35 (Pretend you are shy)

Aubade Lessons Of Seduction 51 (Take His Breath Away)

Hope you enjoyed them as much as I did!

Figleaves.com Lingerie Awards 2006

October 17, 2006 by Mandolina

Figleaves.com’s holding its 2006 Lingerie Awards, and since I’m a sucker for awards I’m more than interested to give you girls my 3 favorites… If, after reading this post, you feel like voting, the link is right here! I won’t talk about all the categories, as some are quite irrelevant ;-).

Chantelle Lingerie Brand 20061. Best Lingerie Brand
Obviously the most important category, and just as obviously the most important one for me to pick a favorite in. However, I’m going for Chantelle as I have never ever had any bad piece of lingerie from the Chantelle house. A close second is Charnos because I enjoyed their Love Affair line that much. The Jacquard pieces are truely amazing, and I feel guilty for not having posted about them just yet (I’ll try to do that as soon as possible ;)).

2. Best cleavage bra
Gossard Superboost Satin padded plunge underwired braI don’t have very large breasts, so I’m don’t feel like I should be judging this category too strict… I asked some girlfriends with bigger boobs than mine, but they hadn’t tried many of the nominees. I went for the Gossard Superboost Satin padded plunge underwired bra because my friend Sheila told me the bra was great value for money. She snapped it up for $32, and couldn’t believe the quality she got in return…

Charnos3. New design talent
I went for personal favorite Raffi Orazi with Charnos, but I wouldn’t mind Susan Beischel from Skin snapping the award as well… Where Charnos is sexy quality, Skin is sober and basic quality. Both are top notch in their niche though, so both deserve a win here… I wasn’t too happy with the Lisi Valle’s collection… Go Charnos!

4. Best larger cup size brand
I’m only a C-cup! Stop confronting me! No no, just kidding ;-)… I picked Freya because of their sexy attitude. Big busted women have the ability to stun, Freya helps. 🙂

The results will be posted on FigLeaves.com on the 7th of november…. I hope I get 3 out of 4 ;-). Don’t forget to vote!

Style Graduate’s weekly health tip

October 11, 2006 by Mandolina

switch your cardio machine!Style Graduate just started a new series with weekly health tips. To make sure you girls get to see all of them, I though I’d post the link to their first one for all of you to see. Their first health tip is about putting some variety in your workout routines. Not only do I think that’s a useful thing training-wise, it also keeps your workout interesting and fresh, so you don’t get bored every two weeks… And hey, if you want to keep looking great in your sexy lingerie, you’ll need to get some activity in your schedule, right?

A small quote from their first tip:

“Suggested changes – switch your cardio machine (treadmill, elliptical, bike), and add interval training. Also try adding a new activity (volleyball, yoga, tennis) to really mix things up!”

You go girls!

Hi and welcome to The Lingerie Post

October 1, 2006 by Mandolina

Welcome to the Lingerie Post, the new home for lingerie and underwear fanatics on the web. We’ll be blogging about lingerie by the world’s most famous designers and brands. We’ll do our best to look for bargains, keep an eye on what’s hot and what’s not, and make sure you get to see the most beautiful lingerie there is…

We’ll be updating daily, and we’ll try to accompany every single post with at least one photo. On catwalk occasions, we’ll try to get first-hand photo’s. On press conferences, we’ll try to be there…

We’re not affiliated with any brand. We’re not payed by any designer. We give our opinion, whatever it is. We do have some favorite brands though, but you’ll surely find that out when you’re checking out our blog. Stay tuned!
