Storm-In-a-D-Cup

Storm-in-a-d-cup 2008 Collection

March 28, 2008 by Kelly

It’s almost summer here in the U.S., and of course that means it’s time to start looking for new bathing suits! Big-bustedStorm-in-a-d-cup 2008 Storm-in-a-d-cup 2008women have special challenges this time of year that make finding a well-fitting bathing suit quite a feat. It’s hard to find a bikini that is supportive, and it’s even more difficult to find a one-piece that even fits correctly! Thankfully, there’s Storm-in-a-d-cup to the rescue! Born in 2004, the line was created for busty and style-conscious women. These suits fit, flatter, and support large chests while still showing off your best assets. Here are some great pictures of the new 2008 collection. You’ll look beautiful on the beach with prints made exclusively for Storm-in-a-d-cup 2008the line, gemstones, and coordinating solid-colored pieces in sizes from 30D to 40G.

Yes, there are prettier bathing suits out there. But those pretty, delicate ones just aren’t made to support fullerStorm-in-a-d-cup 2008 figures. And a bathing suit that fits is always prettier than one that squeezes or bags in the wrong places! You can find select styles online at Figleaves UK, Biondi, or the official Storm-in-a-d-cup website. There is also a stockist locater on the website if you would rather see them in person first.

Bra Sized Swimwear: the fuller figure’s best friend!

May 9, 2007 by Kelly

We’ve been seeing a lot about microwear on The Lingerie Post lately. Those pieces are definitely sexy! But larger-chested women know they are horribly impractical when it comes to the support and sizing issues that come with a busty frame. Bikinis are only supported by little strings, and one-pieces are near impossible because there are no adjustable bands. I’ve found out the secret to looking and feeling so much better on the beach are bra-sized suits, freyaonepiece.jpg which are specially designed with a fuller figure in mind. Here are a few I’ve been eying lately:

I bought this “Soda” suit by Freya (Figleaves UK/USicon) a few months ago, and it is a dream come true! It feels silky soft all over, but the most important feature is the hidden underwire and mesh support system. It’s not as supportive as a bra, but a whole lot more supportive than any bathing suit without an underwire. A great first bra-sized bathing suit for sizes D-G.storminadcuphalter.jpg

The aptly named Storm-in-a-D-Cup brand is offering this halter bikini top on sale at Figleaves (UK/USicon) right now, in sizes DD-F.panachebandeau.jpg

Panache is there to make sure sizes D-G don’t have to merely admire bandeau tops. Now we have one for ourselves (UK/USicon), guaranteed to support and cover larger chests.freyapinksash.jpg

This next one by Freya is too pretty! The style is named “Singapore Sling,” (UK/USicon) and I love the bright pink sash. Available in sizes D-FF.

Victorias Secret Halter topLastly, this Body by Victoria halter top by Victoria’s Secret is available in four different color schemes for cup sizes up to DD.

There are more to be found, of course! Figleaves (UK/USicon) is always a good place to start, and you can search by your bra size.
