A lingerie fanatic has made it in prime time in the US. NBC is launching another reality show. The premise is a cadre of eligible women looking for the attention of a few men and trying to avoid the scorn of their moms. The show is Momma’s Boys.
Cara’s bio sounds pretty squeaky clean:
I was born in Corpus Christi, Texas. I am pursuing a career as a musician/singer. I spend most of my time recording, practicing my singing, or playing piano. I recently finished recording my very first song entitled, “As We Live.” To me the most important things in life are God and family. I love my family with all of my heart – my brothers and I are extremely close. I am also the middle child. I taught Sunday school for many years and enjoyed working with kids. I hope to someday be a great wife and mother and don’t believe in divorce. I have been known to become a bit free-spirited from time to time, and have crazy fun! That must be the Gemini in me. I aspire to become a philanthropist, so that I may help others. I believe helping others is the most important thing God has intended for us to do!
But in the first episode, we find out that Cara’s passion is lingerie — matching sets and matching heels, I’m guessing the full kit. She says, “…and of course every good piece of lingerie, has to have a good pair of shoes — sexy, high, tall stiletto shoes. And they have to be expensive.” Just moments after watching Cara in action, I’m not sure she’s the best candidate to represent fans of lingerie. I’ll keep watching to see how good Cara’s taste is. Momma’s Boys is a production of Ryan Secrest. How does a lingerie fanatic end up on the show? Google has a cached copy of Cara’s myspace page and Ryan is one of her friends.

The show is full of conflict as one of the mothers carries some strong beliefs about race. I’m not sure how much “reality” is in this show. One of the wallflowers is an animal lover that says she’s not comfortable around people, but her digital identity suggests she has been in a few movies and has “extensive on-camera experience, lengthy commercial background, live events and promotions” (see 1, 2, 3)
She went nuts tonight because she din’t had a date wich she was right why the hell din’t those 3 idiots dated her??? now she gone
