One short year after its inception, a shapewear sensation has Saks Fifth Avenue smiling. With its seamless technology and one-of-a-kind knitting patterns, n-fini shape (named for the line’s infinite shaping options) has made quite an impression one of the country’s most influential retailers.
This fall, the luxury department store will carry a range of n-fini shape’s seamless styles (such as Camis, Bra Tops, Slips, Strapless Dresses, Bodysuits, and High-Rise Shorts), including two new silhouettes made exclusively for Saks. The line will be offered in black and nude in two sizes (S/M and M/L, with bra sizes A-D), which will be carried in 12 of the high-end retailer’s locations.
For some people, girdles and corsets may be a thing of the past, but slender shapes are more fashionable than ever. Unfortunately, most garments that are meant to cover, support, or tuck are hot, tight, and binding. “I wanted to create a shaper so comfortable that a woman wouldn’t simply be waiting to get home and take it off,” designer Martha Istefanidis explained.
To do so, Istefanidis’ Florida-based production facility used advanced knitting techniques, combining deluxe microfiber and spandex to create an extra-thin, light fabrication with an incredibly soft hand. The designer paid attention to every detail, employing innovative touches such as:
- Tagless Labels
- Anti-curl Hems
- Low Profile Trims
- Non-irritating Microfiber Elastics
- Plush, Adjustable Shoulder Straps
The result: n-fini shape offers seamless, comfortable control in a garment soft enough to wear all day and sexy enough to wear all night. To see additional styles and find out more, visit n-finiShape.com.
