One of my favorite parts of reporting on the latest trends is finding the new innovations and creative solutions to our most common problems. For issues such as visible panty lines and headlights, when our every day fare will just not work, we are always on the lookout for some new solution. Featured below are my favorite new finds!
“So-long-thong! Bye-by-briefs!” If this sounds like something you want say, I suggest you try Nundies. Nudies are a new and comfortable alternative to avoid the dreaded VPL! These one-time use, disposable inserts adhere to the inside of your pants eliminating the need for traditional panties. These soft, tulip-shaped “anti-panties” are not only practical, but also fun as they are available in a range of colors and patterns. From the standard “naughty black” and “blushing buff” to the assorted pastels, you can match your every mood!
I recently tried them out and am already a huge fan! These alternative underwear are definitely the new item you should have in your arsenal. Nundies are comfortable, easy to insert, and offer you the freedom to be VPL worry free from the dance floor to the board room.
Nundies are making their way around the US at over 120 boutiques and specialty stores as well as a few of the leading department stores like Neiman Marcus and Henri Bendel. They are also now available in Canada and Mexico! I assume all you European trendsetters are not far behind. Also, Nundies are available online at nundiesundies.com, blissworld.com, and herroom.com.
Another find, Bezi Bra Discs from Edith’s. This a solution to that (sometimes) pesky headlights problem. While many of the previous solutions we discussed involved disposable adhesives, these engineer designed and patented discs are reusable and thus provide a more lasting solution. Available in blush and mocha, bra discs are designed to be worn under a bra and are suitable for women of all shapes and sizes. The non-latex material is comfortable, will not irritate most skin, and is easy to clean.I recently gave these a test drive and was overwhelmingly happy with the product. After they were set in place, I forgot I even had them on! They were super comfortable and didn’t cause any skin irritations. Bezi Bra Discs are easy to use and transport as they come in a small carrying case.

Krista – read your review on Nundies but I really think you ought to take a look at Commandos which is a MUCH healthier alternative. It’s cotton as opposed to nylon. gocommandos.com Thanks
Hi Sarah
Check the website — Krista is a commandos fan! 😉
Krista and Mandolina – Did a search and it looks like you’ve got Commandos Invisible Underwear mixed with the Commandos patch. The patch has adhesive on one side and it is made of cotton. I think Nundies tried to copy them but didn’t really look into the fact that women shouldn’t have nylon next to the “coochie.” Go to http://www.gocommandos.com Thanks so much!
That’s confusing… 🙂 Thanks for the info Sarah. I’ll check them out!
It sounds like you work for Commandos Sarah… isn’t that a misuse of word-of-mouth advertising?
I’m confused as to how that works…
I chose Nundies over Commandos for my store. I just hate that word you use to describe where it goes. I also don’t think it really matters if it’s cotton- that would mean that all microfiber briefs are terrible for you and I’m pretty sure that’s not true.
