This is their first season in the United States and they’ve just sent out the photos of their brand new line of lingerie. It’s called Maison Close, after the French bordellos that had their heyday in the 1920s and 30s and then were outlawed in ‘46.

The label’s really doing a great job promoting their stuff, and they put up an awesome teaser video on www.maison-close.com – check it out!

Hollywood, my personal favorite, meets nude with scarlet. The cups of the bra are comprised of gorgeous scarlet eyelash lace. I’m much more loving these, and I actually think this is the kind of lingerie that has a good chance of making it big with the younger generations here in Europe. I adore the stylish look of the suspenders, and I’m liking the rhinestone finished bra… Much better than the SS08 if you ask me, which means they’re moving in the right direction, right? ;-)

Don’t you just love the attention to detail in these pieces? I’m not the biggest fan of the laced top Hold-ups, but those overknees are so cute I could just eat ‘m! It’s getting colder here in the US as winter is creeping up, and it’s time to start covering our legs before they freeze right off! Retro-inspired seamed stockings are as classic and glamorous as they come, but the new trend of having a bright or contrasting color seam adds an extra detail Jonathon Astonthat I find irresistible. It flashes ever-so-subtly as your cross your legs, and everyone will want to watch you walk away!

My fixation started with these nude and red Jonathan Aston stockings. I got a pair a few months ago, and have been desperately waiting for the fall to come so I can find an occasion to wear them out!
