She was named as an Officer of the Order of the British Empire, or OBE, which is the fourth best rank in the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, an order of chivalry.

Mone was named an OBE for her services to businesses in the lingerie industry. “I’m absolutely thrilled, honored and delighted,” she told the Daily Record. “When I left school at 15 years old, I would never have dreamed that I would be recognized this way.”

We can’t help but notice that most of the models helping her show off her line aren’t exactly typical model bodies. She said of this decision, “I decided that I wanted girls from my fan club to model [the range] with me in front of the press, so I got them to write in and then I chose six girls.”
