Nastydiva (what’s in a name?) targets “all those women who feel happy about their bodies, who want to emphasise their beauty and highlight their sensuality, who love the game of seduction and – why not?! – who have a narcissistic view of themselves.” Their press release goes on to state that “With a Nastydiva bikini you can’t not feel beautiful and desirable to men!”. Female empowerment? For some reason I’m not a big fan of their press releases. ;-)

Their site — another knock-off. Check out wickedweasel.com and nastydiva.com and make up your own mind. This does look like… a copy?

Same goes for the swimsuits. Looks are very similar to what we’re used to seeing from microwear labels and there’s just not much innovative stuff… I’m not convinced.

If you’re looking for a microkini — stick to the big labels — you’ll get the real deal!

First up: 414 Shiny Bandeay Bikini. A very daring and sexy bandeau that’s so see-through you’d wish you could stay in the water until it turns into salt. ;) I like it though, again, if you have the confidence, it could work!

Second: new colors Naked Mesh ‘knickers’ — wearable microwear!

Fortunately for us there are a lot of brands who cater for those like me. For this small post I’ve selected a few Brazilian brands because that country tends to have the more risque type of swimwear we in Europe don’t have that much. Examples of these are Popobrasil, Berrydog and Fashion Bikini.

Popobrasil is quite cheap and has a lot to offer for both Wicked Weasel fans with C-through bikini’s as well as printed pieces with lining for us non-seethrough fans. You can buy a lot of their bikini’s on Ebay quite easily.

Berrydog caught my fancy with this 60’s inspired bikini. Check their site for more examples.

And finally Fashion Bikini. Although not quite my taste there were a few items which i liked: this bikini and swimsuit. You can buy them quite cheap here in their webshop.

Even more “micro” than microwear, this product promises to keep panty lines and tan lines at bay. How? By eliminating the straps that even the teeniest of swimwear and tiniest of thongs always have. You can see this model holding wearing a C-String and holding one in her hand (shaped like a “C”, of course). It holds stiff with a bit of wire that you basically just stick inC-String Bikini Top your rear end like a thong, and it presumably holds still.

I can’t help but wonder about the comfort (or lack thereof) a wearer will experience with wire up her butt, and I would be afraid the thing would fall down and out my skirt, honestly. I found a review of the product at the Daily Mail. The author seems very convinced that the C-String will never be a part of her wardrobe again, and she basically mirrors my thoughts about it – I think the whole thing is pretty bizarre and I won’t ever be bold enough to wear one! But for anyone daring enough to wear this, I suppose it is the ultimate solution to hiding panty lines!

The website also offers teeny-tiny bikini tops to complete the ensemble (there are other styles offered that offer more coverage, but if you’re already in a C-string, why not go all the way?)

The Micro Cheeky Lace bottom is one of the most eye-catching knickers WW has in their collection. A very low cutout, high rise on the sides and pretty quality lace adds an intimate and girly touch. At $20 it’s not too expensive if you ask me. Pretty, sexy, small: a signature Wicked Weasel piece!

Wicked Weasel Hotpants LighthouseNot so much lingerie or swimwear (even though you’ll look sexy at the beach), but these WW Lighthouse Shorts (#516) are surely spectacular. I suggest being a S-bottom in stead of an XL though, as there’s not too much fabric on the brazilian styled backside! ;) Price tag: $54.

And last but not least, the Microminimus Naked Lace thong for $21. It’s a bit too (really, TOO) tiny for my taste, as the name would make you believe! ;)

The thing is: I’m not so sure if this is still swimwear :D

Wicked Weasel microkinis are tiny. Microkitten swimwear is tiny. ALSBikinis… cover even less. The photo’s I’ve attached to this post are the pieces who have the most (!!) fabric. I wouldn’t recommend anyone under 18 to really check out their full website as there are quite a few skin-showing pieces too — therefore, people interested in checking out alsbikinis.com should really type the address in their browser themselves. ;)

Yes, quite a few of them have extraordinary bodies — and showing them off is undoubtedly a good thing, but for some reason the lingerie that’s coming from Brazil is always just that tiny (pun intended!) bit more provocative than the European and American brands… The Brazilian women must have a truckload of confidence to match their bottoms ;) !

Anyway, found out about Sensualle today, a Brazilian brand that specializes in very small strings — the super-sexy kind. I’m very tempted to go shopping for them (at BeCheeky for example!), as the more modest designs look absolutely stunning!

All the photo’s below are from Sensualle’s 2007 collection (titled O Amor é Lindo) and are straight from their pretty website! Expect these to have a price tag of about €15, which is close to for free! ;) Enjoy!

After debating between the Safari Beach print and Summerland, I decided on the latter for the simple fact it’s more summery and bright colors make me happy. Next up was the cut of the suit. Since my meager Summerland Malibu StringsB cup needs all the oomph it can get ;) I decided to go for the Halter Top for some leverage and the Rio bikini bottom because my derriere is just a tad too snowy to expose to the world. I really really want a cute bathing suit, in particular, the aforementioned Malibu string bikini one, because honestly, I have no cute bathing suits that I would be unashamed to wear on a beach, whether it be my hometown beach or the haute shores of the Hamptons (which I have never been to). We all want a free cute bathing suit. The question is, what can I say to convince you of the fact, yes fact, that I want this particular Malibu string bikini and that I deserve to win it more than anyone else? I tried to think of some clever, deep, meaningful reason. I couldn’t. It’s simply a beautiful bathing suit. The colors perfectly complement my skin tone. I’m going to look fabulous in it. And if you vote for me, I’ll send you a picture to prove it :)

Your give away has perfect timing. My wife is 9.5 months pregnant right now and not crazy about how she looks. I still think she is just as sexy as when I married her. I would like to win for her the Malibu Halter Top and Sexy Bottoms in Orange so she can show off this summer.

I mean, I’m a stick girl. I have no boobs, no curves, and I have been wearing one-pieces ALL MY FREAKIN LIFE. And I think I could actually pull that look off. -3- I love the color combination of it. Usually I’m a florescent color kind of girl, a HEY-LOOK-AT-ME-I’M-NOT-ASHAMED-OF-WEARING-NEON-GREEN kind of girl.But this bikini is really pretty, and I love it. -4- T’S SUMMER SOON! AND I REALLY NEED SOMETHING SEXY TO WEAR TO THE BEACH. MY ONE-PIECE JUST ISN’T GONNA CUT IT THIS YEAR.

My favorite Malibu strings bikini is the Montecito because it’s bold. I’m pregnant and due in September, so this summer I’ll need a swimsuit that’s distracting so that everyone will be checking out my hot bikini instead of my big belly. :)
