First off (and possibly my new all-time favorite WW-style) is the Gingham bikini. Simple, but with a very pretty and sober print – a great way to downplay your attention-grabbing microkini, if you ask me!

Second, a much more playful and colorful ‘Island’ print on the popular 451 and 449 designs.

As always, I know this isn’t for everyone – but with the Gingham style, Wicked Weasel is proving to come up with what I feel are great “first WW”-options!

Same goes for the swimsuits. Looks are very similar to what we’re used to seeing from microwear labels and there’s just not much innovative stuff… I’m not convinced.

If you’re looking for a microkini — stick to the big labels — you’ll get the real deal!

My 3 favorites:

1 – Malibu Sheer When Wet Bikini
I like the idea but I don’t have the cojones. This bikini actually turns more sheer when wet. Wet bikini-style.

2 – Velvet Burnout Malibu Micro Bikini
I like the velvet look as it’s real fresh. It’s obviously not real velvet but that’s a good thing as this is waterproof!

3 – Polka Dot Beach Bikini
Very adorable and one that I might actually dare to wear to a public beach. Polka dots always work!

As always – I’m not so sure these will be flooding the beaches – but those who do wear them will get LOADS of attention, for sure! More? Check wickedweasel.com!

First up: 414 Shiny Bandeay Bikini. A very daring and sexy bandeau that’s so see-through you’d wish you could stay in the water until it turns into salt. I like it though, again, if you have the confidence, it could work!

Second: new colors Naked Mesh ‘knickers’ — wearable microwear!

I can’t help but wonder about the comfort (or lack thereof) a wearer will experience with wire up her butt, and I would be afraid the thing would fall down and out my skirt, honestly. I found a review of the product at the Daily Mail. The author seems very convinced that the C-String will never be a part of her wardrobe again, and she basically mirrors my thoughts about it – I think the whole thing is pretty bizarre and I won’t ever be bold enough to wear one! But for anyone daring enough to wear this, I suppose it is the ultimate solution to hiding panty lines!

The website also offers teeny-tiny bikini tops to complete the ensemble (there are other styles offered that offer more coverage, but if you’re already in a C-string, why not go all the way?)

The Micro Cheeky Lace bottom is one of the most eye-catching knickers WW has in their collection. A very low cutout, high rise on the sides and pretty quality lace adds an intimate and girly touch. At $20 it’s not too expensive if you ask me. Pretty, sexy, small: a signature Wicked Weasel piece!

Not so much lingerie or swimwear (even though you’ll look sexy at the beach), but these WW Lighthouse Shorts (#516) are surely spectacular. I suggest being a S-bottom in stead of an XL though, as there’s not too much fabric on the brazilian styled backside! Price tag: $54.

And last but not least, the Microminimus Naked Lace thong for $21. It’s a bit too (really, TOO) tiny for my taste, as the name would make you believe!

Wicked Weasel microkinis are tiny. Microkitten swimwear is tiny. ALSBikinis… cover even less. The photo’s I’ve attached to this post are the pieces who have the most (!!) fabric. I wouldn’t recommend anyone under 18 to really check out their full website as there are quite a few skin-showing pieces too — therefore, people interested in checking out alsbikinis.com should really type the address in their browser themselves.

The pictures show ALS models Nella, Sandy and Jade in microkinis your mother in law will surely not approve! I’m not saying the pieces are ugly, and I’m not saying the $49 price tag isn’t great for these bikinis… If you want supersmall, ALS is a great option

Even though I have to admit I think Wicked Weasel, Malibu Strings and Microkitten have my personal vote in the Microwear category Colleen Kelly does have some interesting pieces in their stocklist.

I don’t know about you but I like their not-so-micro pieces best!

My girlfriend and i live in san francisco, and have been WW fans for about three years. she discovered ww when she saw a pic of me at the beach w/ an old girlfriend wearing a weasel. something about the way she said ‘wow’ encouraged me, so i ordered a 414 for her with some accessories. she was naturally very hesitant at first, but she also saw how much it turned me on, so she agreed to give it a try. her first outing was to the pool in our apartment complex — very brave! as she slipped the terry cloth shorts off and walked around the pool, her inhibitions just melted away. she got into the water and looked up at me and said, ‘i had no idea how great this would feel,’ with a huge smile on her face!

since then, she has acquired more microwear, and worn them on vacation in hawaii, on local beaches, and even to pool parties with our friends. women constantly ask where she gets them and how it feels to be so exposed (‘wicked weasel’ and ‘free & sexy’ are her responses), and guys can’t keep their eyes off her. that confident, sexy woman? yep, she’s my girlfriend!

if you’ve never explored your exhibitionist side, wearing a thong or microkini can be an eye-opening experience — trust me, you’ve never felt so sexy before! so go ahead, be proud of your sensuality — go for it!
