Their first health tip is about putting some variety in your workout routines. Not only do I think that&#8217;s a useful thing training-wise, it also keeps your workout interesting and fresh, so you don&#8217;t get bored every two weeks&#8230; And hey, if you want to keep looking great in your sexy lingerie, you&#8217;ll need to get some activity in your schedule, right?</p>
