Yoobies come in beige and black, and also come in several different sizes. While the inserts are designed to work with any molded cup bra, Yoobies does make a bra with a special pocket shaped specifically for Yoobies inserts. Unfortunately, the size range is pretty darn small (32-38 B-C).

I recently tried the Pure Style Girlfriends Pick-Me-Up Breast Lift-Up Tape. After trying numerous products like this before (with little success), I was interested to see how this brand would work for me. In the past, I had tried adhesive bra cups that taped from the bottom, which left a natural shape to still be desired. So I tried the kind that taped from the top. And still, I was not quite impressed with the shape or lift. So I was curious as to how Pure Style Girlfriends would be different. The first thing I noticed that was different was the Patent Pending tape. Rather than forming cups just below or just above the breast, the tape is designed to lift from underneath. I believe it is this vertical lift that sets this product a part from the rest. I was able to have both lift and shape. Of course, the bra-fitting fanatic in me cannot help but notice (and mention) that the bands on these models are riding up too high. Ladies, make sure your bands are parallel to the floor (or even a little bit lower in the back is good – it hoists you up!). If they ride up, go down a band size! I’ve definitely noticed that Victoria’s Secret models don’t show a well-fitting bra the majority of the time (not even close), nor have their associates correctly sized anyone I know who has gone in for a fitting at the chain. Frankly, it’s disappointing for such a large retailer. Sigh.

Victoria’s Secret can offer some great, trendy products at reasonable prices, but I wouldn’t advise anyone to go in there without having had a reputable fitting at a quality lingerie shop!

Despite the varied opinions, I think we can all agree that there are times where a little modesty is necessary.
