But Olivia De Berardinis is taking this one step further, teaming up with Shirley of Hollywood to create lingerie based on her pin-up paintings. The sets are available at The Fetish Factory and Oh! Cheri. Right now there are two key reasons why I would be wary of ordering: everything is one-size-fits-most, and the pictures you order from are the actual artwork - there aren’t any pictures of the actual lingerie.

Neither of those factors inspire me to be very confident in the quality. But if you’re a fan of De Berardinis, it may be worth taking the chance.

This year, they held a contest to find their next models. The contest has wrapped up. Brooke Stuart of Temecula, CA, sponsored by Babydollz Lingerie is the winner for the plus sized category and will represent Shirley’s Intimate Attitude line. The Intimate Attitude’s line was started in 1987 and offers lingerie styles that flatter full-figures in sizes 1x-6x.
