Ravage translates to “outrage” in French, and was founded in 1990 when Laure Atain had a disagreement with her employer and left her job in the lingerie industry to start her own brand. The Ravage website is still online, so if you want to download some pictures or screensavers, or view a fashion show video, visit Ravage.fr. If you are a Ravage fan, this is the time to stock up on your favorite styles – you can still find some at Tanga Fine Lingerie. The Lingerie Post bids farewell to Ravage, and hopes Atain and all others find a brighter future.

They’ve done 4 lines for the season: Extrême, Eclatante, Mignonne and Instinct Python (with snake leather look — not shown in the pics below, but on the Ravage website!).

I love the Eclatante line (and the poker/casino feel of the photos), and I’m convinced these will do great all over the world. The Extrême line is pretty too — I’m not too fond of the Mignonne pieces… The decision is up to you though — I’ve assembled pics from all 3 below!
