It’s freezing cold here in Belgium, but whether or not we’re ready for the summer season, new swimwear collections are starting to pour through and land in stores and e-boutiques all over the web. Eres has just updated their site with new photos of a classic, sober and luxurious new swimwear line for 2009.

As you can see: timeless, elegant swimwear that’ll last for quite a few seasons if it has to. That’s coping with the financial crisis: buying $650 bathing suits, but using them for ten years. No? ;-)

It’s hard to believe this now, but in a couple months it will be actually be warm again in the US and I’ll need something to wear to the pool. For everyone looking ahead or for anyone lucky enough to be on the warm side of the world right now, Eres has introduced the new Summer 2008 collection. They describe the line as “constructed, architectural, graphic and feminine,” using colors inspired by Egypt and New Mexico’s warm tones.

Without glitz or over-the-top detailing, the collection has clean lines with just enough personality to create stand-out pieces. Take a look:

So — today we take a look at the new Nancy Meyer website, and the improvements they’ve made! :)

First off all, they’ve kept the central position the designers have on their website. It’s super easy to browse through excellent labels such as La Perla, Eres, Wolford, Araks, Andres Sarda, Jean Yu, Janet Reger, John Galliano, Poet and many more! Again, that’s still Nancy Meyer’s strong point: the brands.

They have made searching their site a little easier.Carine Gilson Silk and Lace Camisole About a month ago, when they added the new I.D. Sarrieri, it took about a week for the items to appear in their searches — now, all seems to be working, even the latest collections. That’s so important, so well done! ;)

The most prominent update is the design. The website is even more pretty now, and still have that signature classy look. I enjoyed the simplicity of the Nancy Meyer website before — but browsing has only become simpler.
