And from what I hear, this year’s Fantasy bra is going to be a huge show-stopper.

Marissa Miller was the lucky Angel chosen to model the exclusive, luxurious and diamond-encrusted Harlequin Fantasy Bra, which was designed exclusively for the retailer by a team of 15 designers and craftsmen from famed jeweler Damiani.

The bra, which is actually an embroidered Very Sexy Plunge Multi-Way, is valued at a whopping $3 million because it features a very rare 16-carat heart-shaped champagne diamond pendant, which is then surrounded by over 2,350 brilliant-cut white-, champagne- and cognac-colored diamonds, bringing it to a total of about 150 carats! Damiani does all of its work by hand and said 800 hours went into making the piece.

Look for the Victoria’s Secret Christmas catalog, which should be arriving in your mailboxes any day now, to check out the glistening bra up close, modeled by Miller.

Finding the right bra that fits perfectly, feels comfortable and gives you seductive cleavege is often a problem for many women. Smart Memory Bra – a novelty by Lisca – is supposed to “fit every body shape” and it is now offered for the first time on the market. The Smart Memory Bra is a combination of high-tech memory foam and seductive push-up cups. It totally conforms to your breasts and gives you nice cleavage. The ‘memory cups’ are molded in a foam reacts to your body temperature and adjusts its fit to the body of the woman wearing it – conforming to her unique body figure. It moves with the female forms, and according to the manufacturer also “feels almost natural, like second skin”. When cold, the material gets a bit hard and rigid – but the touch of your skin renders it soft and comfortably pleasant.

No worries with maintenance

Because of new high-tech foam which is integrated into the bra cups can not get damaged by crushing, because memory foam allows returning slowly to its original shape – so no worries about maintenance and folding.

Every season I am impressed with the amazingly beautiful collections that are created.  The pieces are absolutely exquisite and always pay special attention to detail.  The Fall 2009 collection is no exception!  I had the privilege of seeing the collection up close and personal a few weeks ago and, trust me, each piece is spectacular!  And if that alone wasn’t music to my ears, the next tidbit was. EMI is going full cup!  That’s right.  This fall, ladies with cup sizes D-G will get to experience the decadence and opulence that is Elle Macpherson Intimates along with all the support they need.  While some of the styles will overlap, there will be designated pieces just for the D-G crowd that mimic the same aesthetic.

All of the ranges in the collection celebrate beautiful, vibrant, delicious COLOR!  Popcorn yellow, amethyst orchid, Persian red.  Rich and radiant!  Not only does the collection feature color, but also prints including florals, gingham, polka dots, and fleur de lis.  I particularly like the incorporation of  turquoise and coral (known in the collection as Blue Radiance and Dubarry Melon) which reflects the trends on the runway.   And no look is complete without the corresponding pieces featured in the Afterwear collection.  Absolutely delightful!

The fall collection is available starting this month through December at retailers worldwide including Bare Necessities and Zodee online.  See below for a few of my favorites!

But this group deserved its own post because I found not one, but two similar styles for less.

This Kiki de Montparnasse bra has tiered silk ruffles floating down from the top of the cups. It’s flirty and glamorous without being too revealing – and it’s a great option for anyone with a smaller chest hoping to add some “oomph” to her chest. This bra is has removable and adjustable straps, so you can wear it several different ways.

Victoria’s Secret has a similar style bra on sale right now, but with a dramatic difference – the fabric is a cheery orange and white stripe pattern, and an adorable matching skirted thong with sailor buttons is available for $25 as well. This version is also a multiway bra.

If you like the original better, Hot Topic has a black version available with a pink bow attached on the front. The website does not note this as having removable straps.
