Marylin Monroe and Audrey Hepburn, two pop culture icons whose style is still reflected in fashion today. NAKI NYC takes their fashionable faces to the beach with their new swimwear line. Time to make a statement in the water, wearing the striking yet feminine new bathing suit and bikini line.

“I think swimwear should be fun, it’s one of the rare places in everyday fashion where women can be a little kitschy, a little out there, and totally sexy,” says Kerri Quigley the line’s designer. And I can totally see where she got it. The front is decorated with the ladies pretty faces, while on the back you can read quotes from each icon. Wearing a bikini that has “I am good but not an angel” on your bottom is indeed cute but with a wink, now isn’t it?

Well, even though we didn’t see the line this summer, I think we all knew Paris would eventually do this anyway – seeing as she has a great passion for skimpy outfits and the beach… ;-)

Well, a few days ago, photos were leaked of Paris posing on a beach in Hawaii, looking beautiful in what appears to be pieces from her upcoming swimwear line to be released in time for Summer 2011.

Mermaid in England’s new range of AquaChange colour change swimwear is the world’s first swimwear to change colour and pattern on contact with water without the use of chemicals. The swimwear was a hit with celebrity stylist, Arabella Boyce, who chose several pieces of the colour change swimwear for the Fresh2o underwater shoots taking place at Summer Clothes Show 2010 over the weekend.

Is this as cool as it looks? Has anyone tried these? For some reason I’m pretty sure once you actually get out of the water you’ll have some sort of “in-between”-look, which is obviously not what you’re looking for.
