The Ari Dein Love Affair Continues…
The year is 1930. In a suite at the Waldorf-Astoria, a young woman awakes, removes her silk eye mask from her eyes, and lets in the sun on a beautiful June morning. She takes a deep breath, pushes back layers of the softest sheets, and slides her feet into her slippers as her nightgown falls to touch the tops of her feet. She wraps herself in a matching robe and walks over to the closet and admires the silk and lace that is her wedding gown on the morning of her wedding.
Fast forward 70 years to 2010 in the same Waldorf suite. Another young woman awakes, removes her silk eye mask from her eyes, and lets in the sun on a beautiful June morning. The sheets are just as soft and the atmosphere just as timeless although the nightgown is traded for a cami and shortie and her strapless gown is all silk.
While much has changed on Park Avenue, the essence and classic style of the 1930s remains in walls and halls of the Waldorf. It is no wonder that it was the perfect setting for the showing of the Ari Dein Collection including, Ari Dein in White, an absolutely exquisite bridal collection!

I don’t love the bridal collection as much as I do with the fashion line. The styles are beautifully made (of course!) but it lacks the WOW effect it did with the first collection. Did not like the model wearing the wrap on head, it did not look good at all, sorry…But I still love Ari Dein!
Krista, the piece you wrote is incredible!! What a beautiful post…and certainly such beautiful lingerie to go along with it. We love the ARI DEIN ivory Boutique Hotel Gown…that low back is stunning!

Tough crowd! All I can say to Stacy is I think (I know!) you will be blown away by Spring 2011 (lots of bright florals and luxurious prints), but Bridal is a wonderful way for an aspiring ARI DEIN devotee to enjoy a special occasion piece, however bland ivory tone on tone might feel for the everyday. Looking forward to your feedback when our Spring brights ship in January
