Hmmm. I wouldn't invest any money on those. For some years I tried, I tried really hard to use those cute-looking budget priced 'corsets', but each time I was disappointed. I couldn't even use them in bedroom, they were so awful to wear. They'll never fit (anyone, I think) and the materials are plain cheap looking and itchy. It's difficult to find properly fitting bras; it's many times more awful to try and find a corset that's good for both: your breasts and your hips&waist!

I'd rather encourage women (or men :) I find men in corsets irresistible) to use a couple of years/months/weeks/days to save some money and pay for a professional tailor specialized in corsetry to sew them a custom-one! I did so (took me 2 years to save that money:)) and spent some 500 euros on my corset and I haven't been disappointed. It's comfortable to wear and takes inches of my waist creating a nice hourglass shape I normally don't have. And the materials are luxurious; powder colored silk and black lace trimmings. Besides, you'll be supporting local craftmanship! I'll guarantee that such an investment will always make you feel special and good.
