Designer Jaime Lawson attended the University of San Diego and graduated with a degree in Physics. After working as an engineer she realized her true passion lie in creating fresh aesthetics in fashion. She studied fashion design and went on to work for a company making custom bridal and eveningwear. It was there she learned there was much to be done regarding the garter. The garter had become a traditional, yet boring, necessity in weddings, as opposed to something the Bride (or any girl, at that!) should be excited to choose!
