Karen Millen is a global designer women’s fashion brand dedicated to dressing confident, glamorous women in polished, fun and feminine clothes. The company was started in 1981 with Karen Millen and Kevin Stanford selling plain white shirts to friends. By 1983, the pair had opened a boutique in Kent. By 2009, the brand became part of Aurora Fashions which owns other brands in the UK.
