GUIA Lab Lingerie Fall/Winter ‘08

GUIA Lab is a new Guia la Bruna label that was just launched. The collection consists of 3 series, all of them made of a very light silk muslin, each one printed with an exclusive drawing by the designer.

We asked Guia about the story behind the three lines, Galatea, Daphne and Thalia: “Galatea, Daphne and Thalia are lovely nymphs that live in the nature. They wander around in their little tops of silk, leaving them floating on the rhythm of their dance.”

“The little Galatea, wears a strawberry pink baby-doll, that makes her look romantic and charming. She likes to play with the two long ribbons attached in a bow underneath her breasts.”

Daphne, wraps her beautiful body into a chestnut dress, adorned by delicate pink ruffles and by a long green bow. She loves to play with the double layers of silk cut in a bias. The purity of the shape makes her look elegant and comfortable for dance.”

Thalia, is a nymph but also a muse, she affirms her personality through the delicate mix of colors, and the beauty of the print. She loves the playful side of her little top, enriched at the waist by big ruffles, and printed all over by irregular polka dots.”

Another great Guia collection — big big fan!
