NYGÅRD Swimwear

Peter Nygård is a fashion icon. To wear a luxury NYGÅRD suit is fabulous. In fact, when I was required to go into the office everyday, almost my whole wardrobe consisted of NYGÅRD. Now working from home wearing fancy loungewear instead, I miss my business suit collection.

But I still peruse the NYGÅRD collections when I get a chance and this time I am looking at their swimwear selection. Although, the website presentation seems very small, the retail stores carry a larger assortment especially in the bigger cities. There is no doubt, however, that these bathing suits display stated elegance. Aztec Stripe, Riviera Maya, Amazon, Givernay and Animal Mix are the names of the individual prints in browns, blues, golds and blacks.

The suits made of nylon and spandex come with built-in cups, light mesh tummy control and sizes eight through sixteen. Beautiful matching pareo to the black and white Givernay bathing suit, the pareo is long enough to fashion as a cover-up dress or wear as an ankle length skirt tied around the waist.

NYGÅRD bathing suits are not very expensive as far as luxury labels go but it is preferable to shop early in the season for the best selection
