A Chinese Bra to Support Other Bras?

Stumbled upon this video showing a Chinese bra that fits over other bras. It is intriguing, but looks a little torturous. The URL in the commercial doesn’t work, so I haven’t been able to track this down. The combination of the extra bra and your current bra looks sort of like the end product known as the Butterfly Bra or something from Shock Absorber.
