Jessica Simpson Intimates out in 2009

Last summer we told you that Jessica Simpson was planning on releasing a lingerie line. Now we know when we’ll finally get to see it! Women’s Wear Daily reported that Jessica Simpson Intimates will launch in the spring of 2009. The line will feature bras, panties, sleepwear, daywear, and seamless shapewear for your clingiest outfits. Jessica said,

“I like different lingerie for different occasions. I think that’s the best thing about it. You can feel sexy or girly depending on your mood.”

I, for one, am getting impatient. We here at TLP knew about this more than a year ago! It’s about time to show us what she has to offer! Of course, last year we were told the line would come out in the Autumn of 2007, so I’ll wait to believe this most recent news until I see it with my own eyes!

I can’t wait to see what she’s come up with. I hope her line is original and not too pricey. I love her line of shoes, so if it’s anywhere near as stylish, I’ll be satisfied.

Don’t get too excited!!
If you know well about lingerie you’ll realize the Jessica Simpson’s intimates line for Spring Summer is COPIED from many brands from years ago until now.
VERY DISAPPOINTING

WAY FAR from her trendy fashion forward shoes & bags collection.

i saw it and wasn’t a big fan either. kind of amateur looking. all over the place. not really cohesive. definitely disappointing. not like the shoes and bags. agreed. maybe she didn’t have as much of a hand in this or just doesn’t know the industry well. i’m big on if you are going to put your name on something, you need to be involved with it 100% there are a lot of celebs who do and you can see it in the quality.
