Like most industries, lingerie and bra sizing is mostly built on the bell curve. In the middle you have the C cup and on either end you have under-served markets. Know Knockers is a UK retailer specializing in AAA Size Bras, AA Size Bras, A Size Bras, B Size Bras. KK also carries swimwear, camis, briefs, and accessories.
“It was started by Sheila and Alison in 2004 both professional musicians by trade. Since then Alison has left the business and Sheila’s Mum Janet and Aunty Mary have joined so it’s a bit of a family affair now.” Alison and Sheila were the winners of Tycoon Idol in 2004 – a competition celebrating self employment with a focus on women owned businesses in the UK. Their awards were handed out by then prime minister Tony Blair.
The store includes a small section of road tests where Sheila or Alison tries out a product and writes up a review. There is a good sale bin on the site that seems to have mostly the bottom half of bra and thong sets for some reasonable pricing from £2.50 to £10. Some bras are available too.
