Samanta: Polish Lingerie
In this series, TLP will narrow our coverage of lingerie around the globe and focus on the country of Poland. Poland has a long history of textile manufacturing and since the collapse of the Soviet Union, Poland has been embracing market economies. Freed from quotas and mandated manufacturing, many Polish textile companies are stepping on to the world stage.
The next stop is Samanta. Samanta is a company that seems to focus on their retail stores within Poland. They have broad coverage of the country with many shops. There is no company store that I can find.
The offering from Samanta includes about a dozen lines in their lingerie offering and two lines in their swim offering. Samanta’s signature seems to be the embroidered bra and panty set. Their philosophy is captured on their web site.
