In this series, TLP will narrow our coverage of lingerie around the globe and focus on the country of Poland. Poland has a long history of textile manufacturing and since the collapse of the Soviet Union, Poland has been embracing market economies. Freed from quotas and mandated manufacturing, many Polish textile companies are stepping on to the world stage.

The MAT company has been in business since 1994. In that time, they have shown mastery of their manufacturing. MAT is the proud owner of ISO 9001 certification along with other quality programs. With their strong commitment to manufacturing, MAT has a less mature distribution network outside of Poland. Inside of Poland, the MAT collection is available in nearly every town at various retail outlets. Their website is Flash based with English and Polish language choices. I haven’t found a company store nor online retailers. This looks to be a promising brand. View their offerings in thumbnails below and leave a comment if you find a retailer.
