Guia La Bruna Spring/Summer Lingerie 2008

It’s been ages since we’ve had a Guia La Bruna collection on The Lingerie Post, and that’s a pity. It’s also quite a surprise to myself as I’m a huge Guia fan, and I have yet to see a collection of her that doesn’t look absolutely gorgeous…

We asked Guia herself to show us her favorites from her Spring/Summer line:

“For my S/S 2008 lingerie I was inspired by retro looks, but as always modernized by the choice of very precious fabrics. FAIRY NIGHTS, has a demi cup bra (the most popular bra style in my collections), and ismade of 100% coral silk muslin (which is my favourite fabric), with gold decorations. The knickers are all cut in a bias, just with the elastic at the waist.”

“SLEEPING BEAUTY, is a very soft silk tulle all embroided with flowers made of gold and pink yarn — all is trimmed with pink lace and ribbons.”

“PAYFUL DAYS, is a silk muslin set, all folqued with mini polka dots, couloured in light purple. All is trimmed with a vintage lace and gros grain ribbons.”
