Spring/Summer ‘07 with Damaris

Damaris has not been featured on The Lingerie Post since early January, and I wanted to make sure this current collection wasn’t skipped over before the Autumn/Winter collections come out! Therefore, the following aren’t brand spanking new designs, but they are the Spring/Summer ’07 collections. And since it’s still summer, I think we can still showcase them! The designer, Damaris Turle, describes this Spring/Summer ’07 collection as “Demure but with a provocative essence.” With the line having been called “Underwear to be arrested in” by Arena Magazine and Turle herself called “Queen of lingerie, and bottom cleavage” by Tatler Magazine, you know you’ve got to check these designs out!

What I really love about these collections is that they’re basically made up of one beautiful bra (oozing with decadence, of course) and several pairs of panties that coordinate, so you can pin down your personal style exactly. Just look at the gorgeous details on these sets! I especially love the panties, because they are so unexpected and deliciously unique. My favorite are those bows…I’m just drooling over them! For this collection only, Damaris takes a brief break from their trademark egg blue boxes and instead wraps their beautiful pieces in a matte black hatbox with an embossed gold logo and gross grain handles. What a perfect way to give Damaris as a gift (or to just pamper yourself, of course)!

And of course I cannot leave out Mimi Holliday, the younger, girlier, and less exclusive label by Damaris. We’ve talked about Mimi Holliday before, but these are some newer designs from this year that I couldn’t help but show you. These designs are fresher, younger, and more suited for every day – what’s more, they are far less expensive which means more people can afford the Damaris luxury! That’s always a good thing!
