If you have moderate profile implants they are OK but I have found that if you have moderate plus or high profile implants the cups don't fit right. Fredericks of Hollywood, Calvin Klein and Natori make the best bras for ladies with implants in my opinion. Natori is expensive but FOH has sales all the time and CK are moderately priced. Coming from Latin America, where bra implants are common, most surgeons recommend to go for triangle bras. A woman with implants (provided shes has not gone into a FF cup) does not generally need support or wires... a nice triangle bra is the best she can wear. So, for all those with implants, wear triangle bras.
