Glowing Playtex…. for charity!
Macella informed me about this article on The Sun Online — about the somewhat unusual looking Playtex glowing bra’s you’ll be seeing in the Playtex MoonWalk on May 19 (more info on walkthewalk.org)!
Thousands of women do the 42-kilometer moonlit marathon across London every year wearing brightly decorated brassieres. The walking for breast cancer thing is expanding, too. Check out all the challenges on their website, there are events from NYC to Iceland!
Now why is this all relevant? Well, and I’m quoting The Sun here: “The light-up lingerie seen here - which also comes in cream - will be worn by celebs including actress Lisa Faulkner and GMTV host Kate Garraway during the walk on May 19. Style guru Danielle Proud’s design won’t be on sale to the public but walkers can request special glow kits to brighten up their own bras. “
