Gerbe.com: My experience

A long time ago I heard about Gerbe, a french stocking brand. I had never heard of them before and had never tried them. So I decided to go ahead and try some of their garments. I visited their website and found a very interesting section: Best Offers. There is a wide selection range and the price is unbelievable, from only 2,90€!! Then I chose a of Stay Ups and one pair of Tights. Completed my order and wait for it to arrive.

The first positive fact was the speed, in just five days I had my order at home (and there was a weekend in between). Then I opened my package and found a Care cream for hand’s sample and my items, of course. And that’s what review will be about: not the perfect gerbe.com shipping and handling service but about the quality and characteristics of the ordered pieces.

When I opened the first one (Emotion Stay Up) something called my attention, the feel of the fabric. It was “solid” and don’t misunderstand me. I say solid because I can handle it easily, not like others that I feel I’m gonna scratch them just by looking at them. I was afraid that would be rough and felt uncomfortable when I wore them but this fear disappeared the moment I got them on. I felt smooth, like a second skin and once they were up, were fixed by the silicone bands.

I also bought the tights, in the same collection as before, and my thoughts are the same. It’s a garment that I can wear as if I wore nothing because the collant fits perfectly to my body but without leaving me breathless. For me it has been a good deal and I recommend it to all of you!
